Senior Project Controls Analyst - Energy Efficiency Programs

Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days/week on-site at client location required)

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $105k - $135k Annual Base Salary

Position Overview

We're seeking a Senior Project Controls Analyst to support one of our client's large-scale energy efficiency programs. This role focuses on financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting helping ensure transparency, accountability, and disciplined execution across a major utility initiative driving statewide energy savings.

You'll collaborate closely with program management, finance, and engineering teams to deliver accurate, data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making and strong program performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $105,000 - $135,000 annually. This range represents a good faith estimate at the time of posting; actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and other factors permitted by law.
