As aProgrammer Analyst, you willdesign, develop, test, implement, document, and supportenterprise computing applications, with a strong focus onMRP/ERP systems,SQL/PL/SQL, andJava-based solutions. You will lead and perform analysis of end-user processes, define application requirements, and design application architecture that integratesapplication software, databases, and delivery subsystems. The ideal candidate is technically strong, customer-focused, and demonstrates excellence indocumentation and mentoring.
Position Responsibilities:
Design, program, test, implement, document, and maintaincomputing applications and software systems supporting business operations
Lead analysis of end-user processesto define requirements, functional specs, and system behaviors
Produceapplication architecture designsincluding integration of:
Application software components
Databases (Oracle preferred)
Delivery subsystems and interfaces (APIs/file-based integrations preferred)
Develop and supportMRP/ERP applications, including troubleshooting and ongoing enhancements
Write, optimize, and maintaincomplex SQL and stored procedures(Oracle PL/SQL preferred)
Define, map, validate, and executeconfiguration changes, ensuring traceability and minimal disruption
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolvecomplex programming and architecture issues, including performance and security concerns
Recommend improvements and drive upgrades to maintain system functionality, performance, and reliability
Create clear technical and functional documentation;mentorpeers and contribute to team best practices
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or equivalent
This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance for which the US Government requires U.S. Citizenship. Ability to obtain Secret U.S. Security clearance (Post-Start)
Strong SQL skills, including experience withstored procedures(Oracle PL/SQL preferred)
Experience withdevelopment and support of MRP/ERP systems
Experiencedefining, mapping, and executing configuration changesin enterprise applications
Experience conductingcustomer requirements analysisand translating intosystem design/architecture
5+ years experience Javadevelopment experience
Demonstrated ability to produce strong technical documentation
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience withManufacturing Quality Systems (QMS)
Experience withWorkforce Managementand/orTime & Attendanceapplication
Oracle expertise, includingPL/SQL(beyond basic stored procedures)
Experience withAPI-based and file-based integrations(design, implementation, support)
Effectively mentor others
Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or regulated enterprise environments

Summary pay range for Senior: $132,600.00 6 $179,400.00.
