Overview

The Senior Program Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated program schedules across multiple concurrent capital projects. Working within Parkhill's Program Management team, this role provides schedule leadership from planning through project closeout by coordinating design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and occupancy milestones.

The Senior Program Scheduler partners with Project Managers, Owners, Designers, Contractors, and Program Leadership to develop program-wide scheduling strategies, identify schedule risks, evaluate contractor performance, and provide executive-level reporting that supports informed decision making across complex capital improvement programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain master, baseline, and milestone schedules for multiple capital projects from planning through closeout.
  • Integrate design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and occupancy activities.
  • Perform CPM and schedule analysis; identify risks, constraints, delays, and recovery opportunities.
  • Review contractor schedules, updates, recovery plans, logic, sequencing, and resource loading.
  • Develop program dashboards, milestone tracking, look-ahead schedules, and schedule/cost reporting.
  • Support capital planning, cash-flow forecasting, earned value, and production analysis.
  • Develop program-wide mitigation strategies, phasing plans, procurement sequencing, and opportunities to accelerate delivery.
  • Support Program Execution Plans (PEPs) and project execution strategies.
  • Facilitate schedule workshops and pull-planning sessions and present updates to leadership and clients.
  • Coordinate schedules across Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and owners.
  • Develop scheduling standards, templates, and best practices; mentor junior schedulers and support QA/QC.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 7-10 years of AEC project scheduling experience.
  • Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency required; experience with MS Project, Power BI, advanced Excel, Procore, or Oracle Primavera Cloud preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CPM scheduling and construction delivery methods.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing schedules for programs exceeding $50M preferred.
  • Experience with K-12, Higher Education, Municipal, Aviation, Healthcare, or Public Infrastructure programs preferred.
