Summary:
Goldbelt Glacier is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the Indian Affairs Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO). The Senior Program Manager will provide program management, analysis, process improvement, reporting, and implementation support across OCFO divisions.
The position will work with OCFO leadership and staff to coordinate priorities and activities, identify and resolve operational issues, analyze data and performance, improve and standardize workflows, and support modernization and AI-readiness efforts.
Preference will be given to Alaska Native and/or American Indian applicants.
Location: Remote/Contractor Site, with potential travel to on-site locations as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Eight (8) years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Ability to manage and ensure successful completion of multiple technical tasks.
- Experience managing and coordinating projects, programs, or work involving multiple activities and stakeholders.
- Experience identifying and resolving project or operational issues.
- Experience preparing status reports and communicating project information to customers and management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with Government and contractor personnel.
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to meet and successfully complete the required Government background investigation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Significant experience in program management and aligning new processes with strategic priorities within an Office of the Chief Financial Officer or similar organization.
- Significant experience using technology, including artificial intelligence (AI), robotic process automation (RPA), or similar technologies, in alignment with organizational strategic goals.
- Prior experience supporting Indian Affairs or a similar Federal agency.
Pay and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $95,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually.
