Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Physical Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a managerial field.
• Ten years of experience in managing and directing programs, particularly within US Government contexts.
• Five years of experience managing technical and support teams.
• Experience in planning, organizing, and controlling program objectives.
• Desired experience in unmanned systems programs.

Responsibilities

• Appoint and maintain the Program Manager (PM) for the task order (TO) and associated task instructions (TIs).
• Act as the primary point of contact for all work under the task order.
• Manage tasks to ensure adherence to cost, schedule, and performance standards.
• Report any performance or budgetary concerns affecting task implementation to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
• Prepare and present status updates on task order activities and issues.
• Document work progress, associated costs, and potential problems in a monthly status report.
• Deliver a list of expected deliverables along with travel reports and task order status updates.
