Summary
Capgemini is seeking a Senior Program Manager - MarTech Delivery Lead to lead large-scale marketing technology and digital experience initiatives for a leading Financial Services client.
This role combines enterprise program leadership with deep MarTech expertise and requires experience delivering Adobe Experience Cloud solutions across complex, large-scale organizations.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of program leadership, stakeholder management, and experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Target, personalization, digital experience, and customer engagement platforms.
Required Experience
- 15+ years of technology delivery, program management, or portfolio leadership experience.
- Proven success leading complex enterprise programs involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.
- Experience delivering MarTech, Digital Experience, Personalization, Customer Engagement, or Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives.
- Strong experience with:
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Adobe Target
- Experience managing program scope, financials, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive communications.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security, and Business organizations.
- Strong Agile delivery experience.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Preferred Experience
- SAFe experience including:
- PI Planning
- Agile Release Trains (ART)
- Release Management
- Adobe Campaign
- Adobe Analytics
- Financial Services, Insurance, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or other regulated industry experience.
- Experience with personalization, omnichannel experiences, digital transformation, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations.
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent certifications.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $140,000 - $165,000/ yearly.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
