Compensation Range: Between $79,500 - $129,500 CDN annually
Essential Functions:
Ensure program is executed within compliance with specifications, performance requirements, schedules, cost commitments, and internal policies and procedures.
Review project performance against milestones and budget.
Coordinate technical project activities.
Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation plans, as required.
Support technical, cost and schedule aspects of proposals.
Discuss alternative solutions with customers including contractual changes.
Provide and offer after-sales technical support solutions.
Ability to travel 10% of the time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of work-related experience.
Experience in managing internal expectations and communication with all stakeholders and management.
Technical knowledge of engineering terms in German.
Experienced team leader and people manager.
Experience managing technical projects.
Good organizational and leadership skills.
Must be detail oriented.
Advanced user of MS Office including MS Project and scheduling software.
