Opportunity Overview

Do you thrive at the center of complex, high-impact enterprise programs, bringing clarity to ambiguity, influencing across teams, and delivering meaningful business results? The Senior Program Leader serves as a strategic leader responsible for driving the successful delivery of the firm's most critical enterprise initiatives.

Operating across multiple workstreams, functions, and governance forums, this role provides overall leadership, integration, and oversight to ensure complex, interdependent efforts remain aligned to enterprise priorities and achieve intended business outcomes. Working closely with executive leaders, program sponsors, and cross-functional teams, the Senior Program Leader identifies key intersections and dependencies across initiatives, aligns stakeholders around shared objectives, and helps drive informed decision-making. The role balances strategic perspective with execution discipline-translating enterprise priorities into actionable plans, establishing accountability, managing risks, and ensuring progress against critical milestones.

As a trusted partner to senior leadership, the Senior Program Leader brings structure to ambiguity, anticipates emerging challenges, and helps the organization navigate complex change. Success in the role requires the ability to influence across organizational boundaries, lead through others, and connect strategy, execution, and outcomes to create meaningful value for clients, branch teams, and the firm. Program Leaders are aligned to Executive Committee/Management Committee members and execute and manage large, complex, and cross-functional projects that constitute one or many programs and/or projects.

What You'll Do:
  • Partner with senior and division leaders to execute transformational programs aligned with strategic objectives, driving actionable outcomes from client and market insights.
  • Lead major cross-functional initiatives that address complex business challenges and opportunities while leveraging business, technical, and financial acumen to ensure alignment with firm strategy, objectives, and technical direction.
  • Establish governance frameworks, operating structures, and program objectives that drive effective oversight, control, decision-making, and reporting.
  • Lead and coordinate multiple project leaders and teams, ensuring program objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and manage integrated program plans by consolidating multiple project plans, identifying critical paths, dependencies, milestones, and resource requirements across interconnected workstreams.
  • Manage program requirements, estimates, and delivery plans while proactively mitigating risks, resolving issues, and governing change requests.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program and project management practices by implementing industry best practices and operational efficiencies across the firm.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication, engagement, leadership, and coaching to support team success and associate development.

What Experience You'll Need:
• A bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of project management experience leading complex projects is required.
• 10 years of experience leading or mentoring other project leaders is required.
• 10 years of experience with creating, monitoring, and interpreting program / project performance metrics through the entire development lifecycles.
• 10 years of experience with MS Office and project management tools is preferred.
