  • Conduct end-to-end supply chain assessments, including inventory flow, logistics, demand and supply planning, and product lifecycle management.
  • Apply database management skills & advanced analytics techniques (SQL, Python/R, BI tools) to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.

Strategic Insights & Decision Support

  • Partner with global operations, finance, and commercial teams to evaluate initiatives, track KPIs, and measure ROI.
  • Develop executive-level presentations and reports to communicate data insights and recommended actions.

Thought Leadership & Influence
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in supply chain analytics, process mining, and KPI-driven performance measurement.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and guide data-driven decision-making and process optimization strategies globally.

  • Novel solutions are imaginative, thorough, practical, and consistent with business area objectives.

Project Leadership & Collaboration
  • Drive complex, multi-country projects independently, ensuring actionable insights and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with global teams to implement process improvements and system enhancements, leveraging data for continuous optimization.
  • Mentor junior analysts on analytics methodology, dashboard design, and process mining techniques.

Why This Role Matters
  • Lead analytics initiatives at a global scale, owning KPI frameworks and process insights that drive measurable impact.
  • Work independently while influencing senior leadership, shaping strategic supply chain decisions.
  • Leverage advanced analytics tools, including Celonis, SQL, Python/R, and BI dashboards.
