Senior Products and Services Marketing Manager

The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Products and Services Marketing Manager to lead the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Product Analysis team based out of Renton, Washington.

This team is part of the Commercial Sales and Marketing organization, which is responsible for the sale of Boeing commercial airplanes and services. The BCA Product Analysis team's primary role is to lead the creation of world-class marketing materials that demonstrate and communicate the value and benefits of Boeing commercial airplane products to our airline customers and other external audiences.

The product analysis team also provides expertise and support to the sales organization on the technical and economic aspects of our product line. To do this, we strive to leverage analytical work built on a foundation of product knowledge, compelling quantitative data, and innovative approaches to communication. We maintain a service-oriented culture comprised of individuals who are sensitive to internal and external customer needs, and are willing to team, learn and coach. The ideal candidate will inspire creativity and productivity while managing a high-performing team. This individual must manage, develop and motivate employees and lead process improvements.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Support and enhance relationships within the Sales and Marketing organization as well as with Communications, Engineering, Programs and Airplane Development to ensure efficient flow of data and information
  • Develop and complete lean/integrated plans to enhance business strategies, goals and objectives
  • Manage the acquisition of external market leading resources to enhance product and services deliverables
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, partners, peers and direct reports
  • Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes with a vision for developing future leaders in Sales and Marketing
  • Develop the employees and their ability to present the value, attributes and characteristics of Boeing products to key constituencies


This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role.
  • 3+ years of experience working with senior and executive leadership.
  • 5+ years of combined experience supporting commercial airplane and services marketing, sales, and/or an airplane program.
  • Willing and able to travel both internationally and domestic.


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience presenting to various audiences.
  • Detailed knowledge of Boeing commercial products and their value.
  • Detailed knowledge of the commercial aviation industry. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
