Key Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end MRP process, ensuring data integrity, planning accuracy, and system effectiveness.
- Analyze forecast demand, customer orders, inventory levels, lead times, and production capacity to create realistic and achievable manufacturing schedules.
- Partner closely with Supply Chain teams to ensure timely material availability and mitigate risks associated with long lead-time semiconductor components and materials.
- Communicate schedule changes, material constraints, production priorities, and recovery plans effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Facilitate cross-functional planning meetings and provide clear recommendations regarding capacity constraints, inventory risks, and customer delivery commitments.
- Monitor and drive key performance indicators, including on-time delivery, inventory turns, schedule adherence, forecast accuracy, and MRP planning accuracy.
- Identify and resolve supply-demand imbalances, production bottlenecks, and material shortages to minimize disruptions and maximize customer service levels.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to support new product introductions, product transitions, and production ramp activities.
- Maintain accurate planning parameters, bills of material, lead times, and master data to ensure optimal ERP/MRP performance.
- Drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, inventory optimization, planning effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of production planning, master scheduling, or supply chain planning experience in a semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of SYSPRO and SAP MRP/ERP systems, including planning parameters, demand management, inventory control, and production scheduling.
- Demonstrated experience managing MRP accuracy, inventory performance, and production planning in a complex manufacturing environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all organizational levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing customer demands and business conditions.

The compensation salary range for this role is $98,000 to $125,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, and certifications.
