Primary Responsibilities
  • Own production planning for service parts, repairs, spare components, and option kits.
  • Convert forecasts into production, procurement, and inventory plans.
  • Balance customer demand, inventory targets, material availability, and manufacturing capacity.
  • Identify and resolve supply shortages, inventory risks, and planning constraints.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, Logistics, and Service teams to ensure parts availability and customer support.
  • Participate in S&OP, Supply Reviews, inventory planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as the SAP planning SME, supporting planning processes, master data governance, and system enhancements.
  • Support Power BI reporting, data validation, root cause analysis, and data quality improvements.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain planning, materials planning, or manufacturing operations.
  • 5+ years of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA experience supporting planning functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), and MRP.
  • Experience translating forecasts into production, procurement, and inventory plans.
  • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills


Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years of planning and supply chain experience in medical device, biotechnology, life sciences, diagnostics, or high-tech manufacturing.
  • Experience supporting service parts, aftermarket, repair materials, upgrade programs, and installed-base products.
  • Advanced SAP expertise including Material Masters, BOMs, Routings, Production Versions, and MRP strategies.
  • Power BI experience, including report administration and troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Power Query, DAX, and data modeling.
  • APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD).
  • Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or business transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, FDA, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
