Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in dubbing and/or post-production required.
• Minimum 4 days onsite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized under pressure.
• Knowledge of video and audio codecs, specifications, and formats.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Production Managers and Coordinators in a dubbing production team.
• Partner with leadership to establish SOPs and operational practices.
• Develop detailed production schedules with delivery timelines.
• Update production status trackers accurately and timely.
• Revise schedules based on client requests and production needs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for process improvement, including AI.
• Direct voice talent for special projects and pickups.
• Review produced content for quality and adherence to requirements.
• Facilitate smooth operation and coordination within the production team.
• Conduct goal-setting discussions and performance reviews with staff.
