Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in product research in an applied research setting, or similar.
  • Experience in programming languages used for data manipulation and computational statistics (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB, C , Java, or Go).
  • Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience conducting UX research on products and working with executive leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
  • Experience with machine learning techniques and libraries.
  • Experience with datasets and distributed computing systems such as Google Cloud Platform or BigQuery.
  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and extract, transform, load (ETL) processes to support product strategy.

You will analyze product utilization and feature usage to understand customer satisfaction, specifically focusing on how new tools drive engagement. You will manage the ambiguity and complexity of the current data environment while collaborating with Product Managers and UX teams to activate changes.
