Overview:Within the Engineering & Delivery pillar, the Senior Product Owner is accountable for shaping and managing the product vision, road map, and cross-domain use cases.
The role partners closely with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to establish scalable, secure, compliant, and operationally supportable solutions while promoting the adoption of reusable engineering patterns and capabilities. Additionally, this role contributes to technology and product strategy, leverages data and customer insights to inform decision-making, and advocates for strong product governance, design excellence, and engineering best practices.
The Senior Product Owner ensures all technology solutions adhere to enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies while continuously seeking opportunities to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
The Senior Product Owner collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, manage dependencies, resolve competing priorities, and drive successful product adoption.
Additionally, this role contributes to technology and product strategy, leverages data and customer insights to inform decision-making, and advocates for strong product governance, design excellence, and engineering best practices.
Responsibilities:- Generates the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain
- Communicates the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team, and drives user adoption
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs, problems, and aligns them on priorities
- Prioritizes and creates work for multiple teams and works with cross-functional teams
- Creates, prioritizes and refines stories in the product backlog
- Reviews and accepts stories and makes decisions regarding scope and requirements
- Partners with the team to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and through subject-matter expertise of the business
- Key responsibilities include translating business strategies and priorities into actionable product road maps, defining and prioritizing features based on business value, customer needs, and technical considerations, and ensuring alignment between investments, delivery sequencing, and expected outcomes
- The Senior Product Owner collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, manage dependencies, resolve competing priorities, and drive successful product adoption
Required Qualifications:- 10+ years of experience in Network Engineering and/or Infrastructure Engineering
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner
- Strong experience owning and delivering complex technology products, platforms, or automation capabilities in a large-scale enterprise environment
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic priorities, customer needs, and business objectives into a product vision, sequenced roadmap, actionable backlog, and measurable outcomes
- Experience leading the definition, prioritization, and delivery of AI, automation, or data-driven technology solutions across multiple teams and domains. Experience partnering with engineering teams to define product requirements, acceptance criteria, release strategies, and operational readiness considerations
- Experience collaborating with architecture, data, security, control, and platform teams to ensure product solutions align with enterprise standards, governance requirements, and strategic direction
- Experience delivering products in regulated environments with attention to risk management, compliance requirements, audit readiness, and secure development practices
- Ability to define product objectives, key results, success metrics, and adoption measures, while using data-driven insights to guide prioritization and continuous improvement
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to align business, engineering, operations, and executive leadership stakeholders around a common product vision
- Experience managing product roadmaps, delivery trade-offs, scope decisions, and prioritization across competing business needs and organizational objectives
- Proven ability to drive product adoption, value realization, and continuous enhancement through stakeholder feedback, performance metrics, and customer insights
- Experience fostering collaboration across Communities of Practice and promoting reuse, standardization, and continuous improvement across products and platforms

Pay range
$140,000.00 - $194,400.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
