This role will play a key part in advancing InvoiceCloud's mission to drive digital transformation for clients while strengthening market positioning, sales effectiveness, partner growth, and customer value realization.

The ideal candidate operates as a strategic product marketing leader who combines market expertise, customer empathy, competitive intelligence, and innovative thinking to influence how InvoiceCloud wins in market.

This role is anchored in our company's leadership competencies. These competencies reflect the mindsets and behaviors that define success in this role. Below is how each competency translates into meaningful impact and outcomes for this position.

Results-Driven
  • Build and own segment-specific market intelligence by monitoring buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, and partner ecosystem trends and translating insights into differentiated positioning.
  • Develop value narratives for target buyers that clearly communicate business outcomes and accelerate purchasing decisions.
  • Own sales enablement for assigned segments, including pitch frameworks, objection-handling guides, ROI tools, and persona-based messaging.
  • Own partner and channel motions through joint value propositions, co-sell playbooks, integration narratives, and partner-specific messaging that support growth objectives.

Customer-Centric
  • Develop messaging that reflects how end customers experience billing and payments, not solely how organizations purchase technology.
  • Build deep understanding of customer needs, market challenges, buying behaviors, and decision-making processes.
  • Adapt communications and positioning strategies for diverse buyer personas, stakeholders, and market segments.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers to influence positioning, launch readiness, and market feedback loops that improve customer outcomes.

Innovative
  • Design and systematize AI-assisted Product Marketing workflows that improve research, competitive intelligence, launch execution, and team effectiveness.
  • Contribute to how the Product Marketing team evolves its operating model by introducing new methods, workflows, and approaches that strengthen market competitiveness.
  • Evaluate emerging market trends, technologies, and competitive shifts to identify opportunities for strategic differentiation.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation capabilities to improve productivity, accelerate insight generation, and enhance go-to-market execution while applying sound marketing judgment.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience developing market positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, buyer behavior, and competitive differentiation.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Alliances, Customer Marketing, Demand Generation, and Customer Success.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills adaptable to both field-facing and executive audiences.
  • Ability to synthesize market intelligence from multiple sources and translate insights into business action.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Direct experience in payments, fintech, billing technology, or adjacent industries.
  • Experience supporting partner and channel marketing motions.
  • Experience building sales enablement programs and tools.
  • Daily proficiency with AI-assisted research, workflow design, prompt engineering, and productivity tools.
  • Track record supporting simultaneous direct and partner go-to-market motions

Benefits:
  • Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance
  • 401(k) plan with company match
  • Flexible Time Off (FTO), wellbeing days, paid holidays, and summer Fridays
  • Mental health resources
