The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for how Cordella "shows up" in all settings from a leading global conference to a single physician's office. They will lead and orchestrate the planning and execution of product marketing initiatives including new product/feature launches, Cordella-focused engagements and experiences at global conferences, regional meetings and individual sites to drive awareness, advocacy and adoption for the Cordella platform.
How you will make an impact:- Develop comprehensive marketing plans, products materials and programs (including strategies and tactics) for product and feature launches
- Lead the strategy and execution for Cordella-focused engagements at global conferences
- Partner closely with Sales to execute regional and site-level initiatives and gather field insights to shape marketing plans and align product messaging
- Drive messaging and experiences around Cordella for current and future users and external stakeholders (would require working with external vendors)
- Drive consistency, clarity, and training around Cordella messaging amongst IHFM teams
- Drive marketing collateral/labeling through all relevant legal and regulatory approval processes through collaboration with relevant cross-functional stakeholders, as needed
- Partner closely with Upstream Marketing and Professional Education on initiatives such as Limited Marketing Release and development of internal and external facing content respectively
What you will need (Required): - Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in related field, 8 years' experience of work experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria
- Working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria
What else we look for (Preferred):- Master's Degree or equivalent in related field, 6 years' experience of work experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria
- Experience in life sciences / medical devices (especially in heart failure or cardiovascular disease)
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners (Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Upstream Marketing)
- A strong willingness to "getting things done" in constrained circumstances
- Ability to be an influential "voice of the product" to external and internal audiences
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
- Extensive knowledge of own area within the organization while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards

For California, the base pay range for this position is $126,000 - $178,000 (highly experienced).
