Full Job Description
Lead and grow PendoTECH's global analytical product portfolio as a hands-on technical and commercial champion. This role combines product strategy, lifecycle ownership, new-product development, market intelligence, technical sales enablement, and team leadership.

  • Lead assigned PendoTECH products to expand global market presence and drive process-analytics growth.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of products, applications, customer workflows, market needs, and competitive offerings.
  • Own the full product lifecycle, including market opportunity identification, product requirements, business cases, launch, promotion, sustaining support, performance monitoring, and obsolescence.
  • Ensure products, services, and technical information meet customer and market expectations; partner with Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, and other teams to address product or information gaps.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence, including customer needs, sales potential, technology trends, competitive activity, and regulatory or economic developments.
  • Develop new-product proposals, including market requirements, sales forecasts, pricing, and supporting business information for project approval.
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to R&D and Engineering throughout concurrent engineering and new-product development.
  • Develop and execute market-release plans, product-launch activities, promotional plans, technical sales training, and trade-show support.
  • Monitor product-line performance against sales plans and key lifecycle metrics; communicate material variances and recommended actions to Marketing leadership.
  • Create and maintain product-support materials, including application notes, technical bulletins, competitive analyses, technical documentation, specifications, performance data, and promotional content.
  • Author or support technical articles, conference presentations, and other thought-leadership materials as appropriate.
  • Deliver technical and product training to global market organizations, sales representatives, internal teams, distributors, and customers.
  • Support global sales by responding to technical product and application questions and serving as a backup resource for Technical Support when needed.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Market Management, Marketing Communications, R&D, Engineering, Technical Service, Aftermarket Services, Quality, Operations, and Logistics.
  • Engage directly with global commercial teams, sales representatives, and customers to resolve product/application questions and identify market opportunities.
  • Mentor and lead Product Managers and other specialists on the team.


What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in biopharma, engineering, chemistry, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Five to ten years of experience in product management, product marketing, technical marketing, or instrumentation-related roles; bioprocessing or life-science instrumentation experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to provide technical product support, define product requirements, build and present business plans, and manage products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Strong strategic thinking, planning, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability, creativity, ownership, and disciplined follow-through.
  • Self-directed, high-energy professional who can prioritize effectively, make sound decisions, and work with limited supervision.
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator who is comfortable working in a global matrix organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing timely, professional support.

  • Expected global travel: up to 30%
