Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
  • Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree or PhD in a technology or business related field.
  • 5 years of experience building and shipping technical products in a high velocity environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with evals, data tools and with operations.

Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with Research, Search Quality and cross-functional teams to define product strategy for key modeling capabilities and quality improvements that unlock new, more complex use cases for AI Answers.
  • Assume ownership of model output/response evaluation and analysis to identify patterns, using them along with the latest user research insights to inform product quality efforts and prioritization.
  • Understand the GenAI and Search product landscape to navigate the complexities associated with building GenAI products for billions of users.
  • Drive the development of measurement systems to enable fast and continuous product improvement.
  • Lead and harmonize processes to define, identify, collect, and track appropriate product or business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative for new or existing products or business ventures.
