Full Job Description
About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, Pricing, you will be the strategic owner of Felix's global economic engine. This is a high-visibility leadership role where you will define how we monetize our product while maintaining a competitive edge in a hyper-sensitive market. You aren't just adjusting fees; you are architecting a dynamic, scalable pricing infrastructure that balances aggressive growth with sustainable unit economics.

You will act as a bridge between the precision of Finance and the velocity of Growth and Engineering. We expect you to lead through data, setting the standard for how we conduct elasticity research and competitive intelligence. This role requires a rare combination of "heavy" quantitative modeling and a deep product intuition to ensure our pricing remains a source of trust, not friction, for our users.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Pricing Roadmap: Define and lead the long-term pricing strategy. Own the trade-offs between volume, revenue, and market share across all corridors and payment rails.
  • Advanced Experimentation: Standardize and lead the experimentation framework for pricing. Run complex multi-variate tests, sensitivity analyses, and user psychology studies to find the "sweet spot" of value.
  • Unit Economics Stewardship: Partner directly with the Finance leadership to ensure every pricing decision aligns with company-wide profitability targets and long-term LTV goals.
  • Pricing Infrastructure: Collaborate with Engineering to move from manual adjustments to an automated, rule-based, or ML-driven pricing engine that can react to market shifts in real-time.
  • Transparent Product Design: Champion the user. Ensure that as our financial backend grows in complexity, our front-end pricing remains the simplest and most transparent in the industry.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years focused on Pricing, Monetization, or Core Fintech operations at a high-growth scale-up.
  • Proven Strategic Impact: A track record of moving "company-level" needles
  • Deep Fintech Context: Expert knowledge of the cross-border payment landscape and FX mechanics.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional ability to distill complex economic trade-offs into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Academic Rigor: Strong background in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. An MBA from a top-tier school is a plus, but results and depth of thinking are what matter more.
  • These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.

What We Offer

  • Base
    • SF/NYC: $152,000 - $193,000
    • Miami: $123,000 - $160,000
  • Initial stock options grant
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Health, dental, and vision plans
  • Continuous learning opportunities
  • 401(k) with an employer's match
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Paid parental leave
  • Empowering opportunities for growth in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment
