What You'll Be Doing:- Work closely with, mentor Product Analysts, Product Managers and business partners.
- Work effectively with internal and external teams and business partners to implement product initiatives and effect product changes.
- Responsible for profit/loss, growth, forecasting and budgeting key metrics for assigned product line(s).
- Influence and educate partners at all levels in key functions regarding product changes.
- Influence and ensure product line(s) strategy is inclusive of efforts from across the organization to drive profitable growth.
- Develop and maintain product line(s) to meet consumer needs - lead efforts to develop new pricing programs with actual team (including strong understanding of GLM and other statistical modeling processes); perform pricing analysis and making pricing selects; develop regulatory filing strategy; ensure assigned products comply with state regulations and statutes.
- Determine and actively manage 2-5-year strategic product plans.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with PEMCO's policies, values, code of ethics and business conduct.
- Work closely with senior leadership, government affairs and the industry to effectively represent PEMCO's interests.

What You'll Bring:- Graduate or other professional degree or equivalent work experience
- 7 years of product management experience, including demonstrated command of product management principles is required.
- Strong understanding of market and key competitors; determine of policy and coverage language strategy; influence of underwriting strategy and guidelines
- Prior leadership experience or demonstrated leadership ability
- MS Office: Skilled proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook is required
- Analytical and data-driven: Thinks analytically; a structured thinker who can put complex ideas into clear frameworks; uses data to conduct root cause analysis and develops high quality, consumable, and consistent metrics that drive strategic objectives and priorities is required
- Business Environment: Has a thorough understanding of our industry, the relevant business landscape, trends in growth and insurance environments; the ability to spot early indicators of change and apply strategies to adapt quickly is required
- Project Management: Has a proven track record of driving and motivating cross-functional team members to successfully implement technology or business projects
Compensation:The pay range for this role is shown below. Compensation decisions are determined based on an individual's qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Greater Seattle area target pay range: $170,330 - $208,181. The full pay range is $141,941 - $236,569.
- Outside Greater Seattle area target pay range: $150,919 - $183,723. The full pay range is $125,266 - $208,777.
Greater Seattle Area is defined as working within approximately 100 miles of Seattle.
Outside Greater Seattle is defined as working approximately 100 miles or more from Seattle.
