Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 5 years of experience developing/launching products/technologies within one or more of the following: Cloud, software-as-a-service (SaaS), enterprise, internal tools or supply chain networks.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 10 years of experience with quote-to-cash, ordering, fulfillment or supply chain product management.
  • 5 years of experience in platform product management.
  • Knowledge of ordering and fulfillment processes and systems for hardware or software.
  • Excellent product management, business acumen, investigative, and stakeholder management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent investigative, problem-solving, data analysis skills and impeccable business judgment.

The Ordering Entitlements and Obligations team is at the heart of Google Cloud's commercial success. We own the order booking and product fulfillment orchestration processes in Cloud, and we are on a mission to modernize and automate the entire Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, from order and provisioning to billing. In this role, you will contribute to an ecosystem that drives global impact and scales critical business infrastructure. Our work is foundational to ensuring data quality and consistency across all financial, sales compensation and transaction systems in Cloud.

You are the expert for the overall agreement motion, the agreement mechanics and the ordering or fulfillment process for the line of business you support. You will lead initiatives end-to-end for quote-to-cash or Google Cloud Business Platform (GCBP) overall.

Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the strategic product roadmap for core ordering systems, which supports all product lines across offline and online transaction flows.
  • Design and execute end to end orchestration workflows for product provisioning, as well as overseeing platform primitives for managing the entitlements lifecycle and usage integration metrics.
  • Build cross-functional alignment with engineering, sales operations, and boundary product groups in order to successfully launch, maintain, and scale complex, multi-party primitives.
  • Act as the expert for the overall agreement motion, agreement mechanics, and the ordering/fulfillment processes for your line of business, eventually leading end-to-end quote-to-cash initiatives.
  • Lead the work alongside Tech Leads, Engineering Managers, and UX leads, while also interfacing with the Tech Leads and Product Managers of multiple boundary systems.
