Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional roles, including 3 years specifically in pharmaceutical sales or marketing.
• Desirable background in oncology, specialty therapeutics, or rare diseases.
• Knowledge of PhRMA standards and understanding of regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership in managing agency partnerships and executing marketing programs.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and budget management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.
• Bachelor's degree required; an MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of promotional materials and brand initiatives that align with goals.
• Collaborate with external agencies to ensure high-quality implementation and accountability.
• Support the review process for all promotional content and marketing programs.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics using analytics and insights from market research.
• Monitor market trends to identify risks and opportunities, making strategic recommendations.
• Work cross-functionally with commercial partners to align messaging and execution efforts.
• Assist in brand forecasting and long-range planning with Finance and brand leadership.
