About the RoleWe are looking for a
Senior Product Manager as a key member of Navigator. Navigator is Gallatin's AI decision support platform for military logistics. Joint and service planners use it to move what missions depend on: fuel, food, ammunition, repair parts, alongside personnel movement and patient evacuation planning. It spans operational through strategic echelons, and we're looking for a senior PM to own its roadmap.
You'll report to the Chief Product Officer and work directly with warfighters, engineers, designers, and delivery teams to turn frontline problems into shipped capability.
What You'll DoOwn the Navigator Roadmap- Set priorities, make the trade-offs, and defend them - saying no to features that pull the platform off course in a way that earns trust rather than burns it.
Lead Discovery with the People Who Use It- Run sessions with logisticians, planners, and operators at echelon, in the field, and in program offices.
- Write the synthesis and turn what you hear into product bets with clear success metrics.
Drive Execution End to End- Own the problem statement through release and adoption - staying close to sprint planning, demos, and field feedback.
- Know whether what shipped actually moved the mission, not just whether it closed a ticket.
What We're Looking For- US Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- 7+ years in product, with ownership of complex enterprise, defense, logistics, data, or AI products.
- Track record of shipping: major capabilities taken from discovery through adoption, not just launch.
- Sharp written communication - product briefs, trade-off memos, and narratives that hold up under scrutiny.
- Comfort working directly with senior stakeholders and end users, earning trust quickly with both.
- Bias toward action in environments where priorities shift as new mission and technical context emerges.
- Distributed team mindset with an in-person culture - expected in office most of the week.
Bonus Points- Background in sustainment, supply chain, C2, or other operational decision support domains.
- Experience with AI-enabled products or data platforms.
- Exposure to government customers or deployed software delivery.
Mission and IdentityWe are building the system that enables faster, smarter logistics decisions in contested environments, and we're doing it with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs, operators, and technologists who have built and scaled solutions in this space before. We hold ourselves to an extremely high standard. We value clear thinking, direct communication, and the kind of ownership that doesn't stop until something actually works.
Our mission is to create decision advantage when the stakes are the highest. If we succeed, the system doesn't just run; it gets smarter. We're not building AI for its own sake. We're building it because faster, smarter decisions in the most demanding environments on earth can't wait. If you want to work somewhere the stakes are real and the mission is urgent - you'll fit in here.
Compensation: Gallatin offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location. In addition to base salary, we offer a generous equity grant, full healthcare coverage, 401k, unlimited PTO, and the perks of working in a high-caliber, mission-driven environment.
