Senior Product Manager - Money Flows

Ebury Toronto Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

We are seeking an experienced and strategically-minded Product Manager to support the continuous growth of our Money Flows platform with new products, features, and even greater access to corridors and currencies. You will support the vision, strategy and execution of a domain within Money Flows going from ideation to execution.

What you'll do

Product Vision & Strategy
  • You will own and drive the execution of a key product area within Money Flow, from the why and the what to the how
  • You will ensure alignment with the long-term product vision balancing feature development, technical debt, and experimentation
  • You will present market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats within your specific product domain

Execution & Delivery
  • You will be in charge of the product backlog for your area and you will be directly responsible for achieving defined success metrics
  • You will translate regulatory changes or rulebooks to actual money flows
  • Engineering will be your key stakeholder
  • You will ensure timely and highest quality delivery through the full development cycle
  • Networks and payment schemes are second nature to you. You will be fluent in any of the following: SWIFT, EFTs, ACH APIs implementation. Payment flows, whether on corresponding banking or cards or schemes, are core part of the experiences you bring to the table
  • You will regularly gather feedback from clients, translating needs, and opportunities into clear requirements so that our clients' money moves as smooth as possible
  • You will run your Shows & Tell, communicating feature updates, product decisions, and trade-offs
  • You will be the go-to person for your product, proactively resolving queries and providing clarity to the any stakeholder
  • You are comfortable with product's architecture and you have a solid understanding of technology stack
  • Be able to speak to technical constraints that impact product development

Leadership & People Development
  • You will drive and own day-to-day decision-making within your focussed area with minimal supervision
  • You will help onboarding and mentoring new or junior members on processes, product and payment contexts

What you'll need
  • This role requires a unique combination of technical product leadership and deep domain expertise, often gained through top-tier consulting or banking roles
  • Consulting Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accenture or Big4, specifically working on financial services or payments transformation project
  • Banking/Financial Services Domain: Minimum of 2 years experience in Fintech or Bank working in the payment chain OR
  • Product Management: Minimum of 2 years in Product for a Fintech successfully launching and scaling complex, regulated financial products
  • Strong analytical abilities, including the ability to distil a problem into its component parts
  • Experience working in a high-growth or scale-environment
