Preferred qualifications: • Master's degree in a technology or business related field. • 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders. • 3 years of experience in software development or engineering. • Experience with LLM capabilities, agentic workflows, and AI integration into developer environments (e.g., code review agents, automated evaluation pipelines). • Experience with Git, code hosting platforms, Pull Request workflows, and code review systems. • Experience defining product roadmaps, launching developer-facing tools, and driving user adoption in large-scale engineering organizations.
