About the roleLifeMD is seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Senior Product Manager - Healthcare Platforms & Digital Experience to lead the evolution of our AI-enabled patient and customer experiences across our digital healthcare platform. This role will focus on delivering innovative, data-driven healthcare experiences that improve patient engagement, operational efficiency, retention, and long-term platform scalability. The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership, healthcare domain knowledge, customer empathy, and technical fluency across AI, analytics, and modern digital platforms.
What You'll Do:
- Own and drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key patient- facing healthcare experiences
- Lead AI-enabled product initiatives including personalization, intelligent workflows, automation, recommendation systems, and operational efficiency tools
- Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Clinical Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and Design teams to deliver scalable healthcare solutions
- Define and monitor KPIs focused on patient engagement, conversion, retention, satisfaction, operational performance, and lifetime value
- Translate healthcare, customer, and business requirements into actionable product capabilities and prioritized roadmaps
- Leverage data analytics and experimentation frameworks to optimize patient journeys and improve healthcare outcomes
- Ensure products align with healthcare compliance, privacy, governance, and operational standards
- Drive agile product delivery processes and cross-functional collaboration
RequirementsBasic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree is a plus
- 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, digital health, SaaS, or consumer technology platforms
- Strong understanding of AI/ML-enabled product experiences and data-driven decision-making
- Experience working with analytics platforms, experimentation frameworks, and customer engagement technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to balance customer experience, business outcomes, scalability, and operational efficiency
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in telehealth, healthcare technology, or regulated industries
