Job Description:Senior Product Manager
OASIS Platform • DXC Technology
About the team
You'll join a small, cross-functional product team operating with startup energy inside a global company. PM ownership spans AI Assist, Client Experience, and Knowledge. You'll partner closely with Design, Engineering, and senior leadership across DXC to turn product strategy into shipped capabilities and measurable impact. You'll report to the Director of Product Management and User Experience.
The role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a major OASIS vertical end-to-end. You'll define product vision, strategy, and roadmap; identify the highest-value opportunities; and lead execution from concept through launch and iteration. You won't inherit a fully formed product. You'll shape what we build, who it serves, how we differentiate, and how we measure success.
This is a senior IC role with meaningful strategic influence and clear ownership. The team is lean, the problem space is high potential, and the pace is fast. You'll own one of the most consequential product areas in OASIS, partnering across leadership, design, and engineering to turn strategy into measurable business and user outcomes.
What you'll do
- Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for a major OASIS vertical
- Identify and prioritize the highest-value problems to solve, grounded in user needs, business goals, and platform strategy
- Partner with Engineering and Design to translate strategy into well-scoped initiatives, from discovery through launch
- Synthesize qualitative research, product data, and market context into clear decisions, tradeoffs, and priorities
- Create the product narrative that aligns teams, leadership, and stakeholders around a shared direction and investment thesis
- Define success metrics, monitor performance, and use outcomes to inform iteration and roadmap decisions
- Raise the bar on product thinking, decision quality, and execution across the broader PM team
About you
- You have 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or AI products
- You've owned a product or major product area end-to-end, with a strong track record of delivering meaningful user and business impact
- You balance strategic thinking with strong execution and can move seamlessly between long-term direction and near-term delivery
- You communicate clearly across levels, from executive strategy discussions to crisp product requirements and decision documents
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and know how to frame problems, create direction, and align cross-functional teams around what matters most
- You're hands-on and operator-minded-you can write the brief, lead discovery, review the data, and drive execution without losing the bigger picture
- You influence effectively without formal authority by building conviction, aligning stakeholders, and helping teams make strong product decisions
- You have a real point of view on agentic AI and enterprise platforms, and you're sharpening it constantly
Nice to have
- Background building for technical or operational users such as engineers, ops leads, or automation specialists
- Experience with platforms that involve agents, data integrations, or knowledge systems
- Comfort prototyping ideas with AI tools like Lovable, v0, or whatever new tool gets the job done
- Experience shipping AI-powered features and partnering with applied science or data teams
- Experience with CMS platforms and content operations, including structuring, governing, and scaling knowledge across enterprise environments
- Familiarity with knowledge-base programs, taxonomy strategy, and the workflows that keep enterprise knowledge accurate, useful, and easy to discover
How we work
We're a human-centered product team with a high bar for clarity, focus, and outcomes. No feature enters a sprint without a defined user problem, a clear rationale, and an articulation of success. We work through Discover, Define, Design, and Deliver, with Confluence as the record and Jira as the system of execution. The PM role is to define the right problem, align the organization around the opportunity, and drive the work to a meaningful result.
