About the role:Salary range: $170k - $215k*
Location: Remote - EST or CST preferred
Kalepa is looking for a technically-focused Principal Product Manager with 7+ years of experience to be a leader within our Product team. You will be expected to set strategy and drive execution for major product areas of Kalepa's core platform: working closely with engineers, designers, and other technical resources to deliver on Kalepa's product vision and unlock value for users.
About you:- You have 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ building Enterprise SaaS products
- You use first principles thinking to break down complex user needs to build clear, scalable workflows
- You excel at leading cross-functional teams and clearly communicating workflows and user needs for stakeholders
- Have experience working closely with engineering teams in a fast-moving, agile environment, with high standards for requirements quality and delivery.
- You love being the voice of the customer. You understand their problems and needs in detail and always look for better ways to address them
- You leverage AI tools both for your own productivity and as part of product innovation, finding ways to make users' lives better through intelligent features
- You are data-driven, adept at combining quantitative and qualitative insights to bring clarity, prioritization, and alignment in ambiguous environments
As a plus:- Experience at a venture-backed startup during hyper-growth
- Experience building and releasing a major product end to end, or significantly scaling an existing product
- Computer science or engineering background
