Senior Product Manager

Description

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading product management activities for Infor's AI portfolio of products delivering generative AI and agentic AI capabilities. The position focuses on defining requirements, working with engineering teams, and coordinating across functions to support product development, delivery, and adoption. The role contributes to product roadmap execution, cross-functional alignment, and go-to-market activities across the organization.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for AI solutions, including generative AI, agentic AI, and orchestration capabilities
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, internal stakeholders, and industry analysts across applications, industries, and geographies
  • Partner with engineering teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications and support development and delivery
  • Collaborate with product marketing, professional services, finance, and strategy teams to support product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market execution
  • Communicate product capabilities, roadmap, and technical concepts through presentations, documentation, and enablement materials
  • Monitor AI technology trends and incorporate relevant developments into product planning and roadmap updates
  • Support product launches, customer engagements, and internal enablement, including travel for events and stakeholder meetings


Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in product management or product development within a software or technology environment
  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, including large language models, generative AI, and agentic AI concepts
  • Experience gathering and translating customer and business requirements into product features by working with engineering teams
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including partner ecosystem, product marketing, services, and professional services
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience operating within a global or distributed team structure
  • Must be willing to work in the Atlanta office 3 days per week
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working within enterprise software or ERP product environments
  • Experience with emerging agent-building architecture including prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), knowledge graphs, agentic orchestration, protocols such as MCP and A2A, AI governance, guardrails, token consumption, and harness applications
  • Experience supporting pricing strategy, financial analysis, or go-to-market planning
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
