As we continue to unify these capabilities into a single, actionable platform within Teads Ad Manager, Performance is becoming one of the company's most strategic and fastest-growing areas. As Senior Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle from strategy to execution. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify market opportunities, define clear objectives, and drive the development of solutions that excite our customers and improve the efficiency and scalability of our offerings. As a Senior Product Manager, your missions will be to: • Shape the roadmap: • Collect and gather needs from internal and external stakeholders (e.g., sales teams, clients, etc.) • Explore business and market opportunities (competitive intelligence, market analysis) • Communicate priorities, share the vision, and align with the engineering teams and stakeholders • Manage product development & roll-out: • Define objectives and success metrics, and monitor them accordingly • Structure the go-to-market strategy (product marketing, internal training, etc.) • Maintain an up-to-date plan to communicate the effort and progress What will you bring to the team? • A previous experience in the digital advertising sector is a must • Proven experience of 5+ years as a Product Manager in a tech/web company • Ability to efficiently communicate and collaborate with different departments (sales, business, engineering) • Understanding of the product from a technology perspective • Passionate, innovative, and fast learner • Bachelor or Master degree in marketing or engineering • Ability to work with cross-functional teams The pay range for this position is around USD $200,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities.
