About you - Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making. - 6+ years of experience in Product Management, with deep expertise in identity/authentication systems, security, regulatory compliance, or B2B enterprise platform solutions. - Highly comfortable modeling complex data relationships, managing integration complexity, and translating technical protocols into clear, holistic UX flows. - Experienced in owning strategy for problem spaces that require coordination across multiple teams, evaluating competing investment options, and anticipating market shifts or security threats ahead of results. - Proven ability to build durable alignment across teams by navigating disagreement, resolving conflicts, and leading executive-facing reviews and discussions. - Skilled at orchestrating delivery across multiple teams, thoughtfully sequencing platform initiatives, and prioritizing high-craft MVPs. - Passionate about mentoring other PMs, raising the bar for product craft across teams, and evangelizing PM best practices throughout the R&D organization. At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission.
