Full Job Description
Who you'll be working with:

We ideate, create, and coordinate. We analyze, strategize, organize, and prioritize. We bridge the communication channel between the client and our project team. We chart the course and navigate the product roadmap sprint by sprint. Some of us are product owners. Some of us are scrum masters. Many of us wear multiple hats and do whatever's needed to deliver successful projects.

What you'll be doing:

Discovery & Strategy
  • Lead product discovery activities in collaboration with design and technical counterparts, including stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, MVP definition, competitive analysis, and architecture alignment.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business models, legacy systems, and modernization needs to inform a forward-looking strategy.

Delivery Leadership
  • Transition projects from discovery into delivery by creating clear roadmaps, prioritizing feature sets, and ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery teams.
  • Act as the primary product manager throughout the delivery phase, managing scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes while ensuring value-driven results.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, QA, and product/project mgmt. team members to deliver on modernization initiatives.

Ongoing Growth & Client Partnership
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Partner with Codal's account and company leadership to expand business opportunities by identifying additional phases, enhancements, and support models.


What you'll need to be successful (Requirements)
  • Strong client-facing experience, preferably in a consulting setting.
  • 6-8 years of formal product management experience in client-facing, consulting, or agency settings.
  • Proven track record leading web and mobile application modernization or large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • Strong client-facing presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience driving both discovery and delivery phases of digital engagements.
  • Skilled in negotiating, influencing, and facilitating decisions across business, design, and technical stakeholders.
  • High energy, proactive mindset, and willingness to be hands-on where needed.

Bonus Points for these (Preferred Experience)
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharma application modernization.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments (HIPAA, FDA, etc.).
  • CSPO or similar agile product certification.
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar tools.

Pay range

$145,000-$160,000 USD
