Job DescriptionYou will be joining ECMX's MarTech organization, focused on providing frictionless, flexible, and flawless marketing and servicing experiences.
You will be part of a team that is responsible to create/manage products supporting the segmentation, targeting & eligibility domains using MarTech Customer Data Platform (CDP) across 24 Global markets. This team will play a critical role in overall Marketing targeting audience setup, execution and fulfillment of marketing offers across multiple channels.
In this role you will own the product roadmap and strategic vision. You will partner with colleagues in Product, Engineering, and the Business to inform and drive forward the product roadmap. An ideal candidate will be interested in product management, technology modernization, and Mar-Tech Products like Customer Data Platform (CDP). The candidate should be a quick-learner, curious problem solver and adept to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned Adobe CDP capabilities.
- Drive product development across Adobe CDP capabilities, including customer profile, identity, audience management, targeting, activation, and marketing data products.
- Partner with data engineering teams to define customer data requirements, data quality expectations, and governance standards.
- Ensure products support scalable, reusable, and compliant customer data capabilities.
- Translate business strategy and customer needs into prioritized product roadmaps and investment plans.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve customer engagement, personalization, and marketing effectiveness.
- Continuously evaluate market trends and Adobe platform capabilities to evolve the product roadmap.
- Develop and prioritize product backlogs aligned to business outcomes and customer value.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, UX, and Delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of product capabilities.
- Serve as the primary product partner across Marketing, Technology, Analytics, Privacy, Operations, and Architecture teams.
- Build alignment across stakeholders while balancing business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
- Define and monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, operational health, and business outcomes.
- Champion continuous improvement across product processes and customer experiences.
- Ensure products comply with enterprise governance, privacy, and data management standards.
QualificationsRequired - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise digital products or platforms.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Marketing Technology (MarTech), Digital Marketing, or Customer Engagement platforms.
- Proven experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and managing product backlogs.
- Strong understanding of Agile product management practices.
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Data, UX, and Business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Preferred- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, or related Adobe Experience Cloud products.
- Experience with customer identity, audience segmentation, targeting, personalization, or customer profile capabilities.
- Familiarity with customer data governance, privacy regulations, and consent management.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures.
