Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in a fast-growing tech company.
• Hands-on experience in the crypto space at a regulated entity like an exchange or custodian.
• Deep understanding of the global regulatory environment impacting crypto compliance.
• Proven capability in stakeholder management and aligning diverse teams around priorities.
• Experience managing a wide-ranging cross-functional portfolio that includes compliance and operations.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making, utilizing metrics for prioritization and trade-off discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete onboarding and activation experience, collaborating with various internal teams to ensure smooth customer transitions.
• Define and execute the roadmap for the Paxos Dashboard, enhancing the user experience for managing accounts and transactions.
• Develop the strategy for compliance AI automation, identifying opportunities to replace manual processes.
• Manage vendor relationships for KYC/KYB and transaction monitoring to facilitate effective product workflows.
• Create tooling and infrastructure that empowers other teams at Paxos to enhance user experiences across their products.
