Job Description:

The Role

As the Senior Product Manager - earnify Pro (Driver Experience), you will be responsible for the end-to-end technology product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution for the mobile app experience serving professional drivers.

You will lead the evolution of the earnify Pro experience (within the earnify app) into a critical daily tool for drivers, shaping how they discover locations, handle payments, access amenities, and engage with loyalty and rewards.

You will operate at the intersection of customer needs, commercial priorities, and technical feasibility, ensuring the team consistently builds the next most valuable thing to unlock growth, adoption, and long-term driver value.

What You Will Do

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and evolve the earnify Pro app strategy in partnership with business interested parties, ensuring it delivers against the broader ambition of becoming a unified platform for professional drivers across loyalty, payments, and site experiences.

  • Value-Based Prioritization: Own the product roadmap and backlog, making clear, commercially grounded decisions on what to build next based on driver value, business impact, and technical constraints.

  • Driver Experience Ownership: Shape the end-to-end mobile experience across onboarding, discovery, payments, rewards, and amenities, ensuring the app becomes differentiated and preferred by drivers.

  • Driven & Market Awareness: Maintain a solid understanding of the competitive landscape, finding opportunities for earnify Pro to differentiate through outstanding value, experience, and network advantages.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, Design, Delivery Managers, Operations, Marketing, and Commercial teams to drive alignment and successful execution across the ecosystem.

  • Platform & Ecosystem Thinking: Operate across mobile apps, APIs, loyalty platforms, payments, and site systems to ensure a seamless and scalable product experience.

  • Execution & Delivery Partnership: Work closely with Delivery Managers to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery while maintaining focus on value outcomes.

  • Product Performance & Growth: Define and supervise important metrics across adoption, engagement, retention, and commercial impact, continuously iterating to unlock additional value.

What You Will Bring

  • Exceptional Product Perspective: Ability to identify and prioritize the highest-value opportunities, balancing experience, commercial impact, and feasibility.

  • Commercial Foresight: Solid understanding of how digital products drive revenue, loyalty, and behaviour, with the ability to make value-based trade-offs.

  • Mobile Product Leadership: Experience leading mobile app products at scale within loyalty, marketplace, mobility, or retail ecosystems.

  • Customer Obsession: Deep empathy for end users and ability to translate insights into simple, impactful experiences.

  • Technical Fluency: Solid understanding of APIs, data platforms, and integrated systems.

  • Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to align interested parties without direct authority.

  • Execution in Ambiguity: Ability to operate effectively in fast paced, evolving environments.

Why Join This Team?

You will shape a category-defining product for professional drivers, helping earnify Pro become a differentiated, high-value platform that demonstrates bp and TA's network to deliver unmatched driver benefits and experiences at scale.

About BP

BP p.l.c. is a British multinational oil and gas company headquartered in London, England. It is one of the oil and gas "supermajors" and one of the world's largest companies measured by revenues and profits. It is a vertically integrated company operating in all areas of the oil and gas industry, including exploration and extraction, refining, distribution and marketing, power generation, and trading. BP's origins date back to the founding of the Anglo-Persian Oil Company in 1908, established as a subsidiary of Burmah Oil Company to exploit oil discoveries in Iran. In 1935, it became the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company and in 1954, adopted the name British Petroleum. In 1959, the company expanded beyond the Middle East to Alaska. British Petroleum acquired majority control of Standard Oil of Ohio in 1978. Formerly majority state-owned, the British government privatised the company in stages between 1979 and 1987. British Petroleum merged with Amoco in 1998, becoming BP Amoco plc, and acquired ARCO and Burmah Castrol in 2000 and Aral AG in 2002. The company's name was shortened to BP p.l.c. in 2001. From 2003 to 2013, BP was a partner in the TNK-BP joint venture in Russia, and from 2013 until Russia's 2022 invasion of Ukraine, held a nearly 20% stake in Rosneft.
