Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
  • Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience defining product requirements, mapping Critical User Journeys (CUJs/JTBD), and building, launching, and landing front-end experiences alongside Engineering, UX, and Data Science .
  • Experience with Generative AI applications, Large Language Models (LLMs), conversational interfaces, or AI agent products.
  • Experience building internal tools, developer platforms, or extensible software ecosystems.
  • Experience navigating ambiguity with high autonomy, execution, and a bias for action across globally distributed teams.
  • Collaborative, team-first leadership style with strong user empathy, UX intuition, and the ability to influence executive cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Track record of consolidating legacy tools and simplifying complex technical environments into unified user workflows.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

As a Senior Product Manager on the User Voice team, you will drive the goals, strategy, and execution for our core user-facing insights platform and conversational AI capabilities. You will own the holistic platform user experience, lead the roadmap for our conversational AI agent, advance AI-powered topic clustering and search, and unify legacy tools into a cohesive intelligence ecosystem.

Beyond core features, you will own the platform extensibility framework and establish the standards, UI widget models, and developer governance that enable partner product teams to seamlessly build, integrate, and launch custom tools on top of our central platform to scale and iterate rapidly.

You will partner closely with PMs, executive UX designers, engineering leaders, data scientists, and cross-functional executives to embed generative AI directly into product strategy across Google.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

  • Own the evolution of next-generation topic search, automated issue clustering, and in-depth investigative dashboards to help teams identify emerging user friction points and product opportunities.
  • Drive the integration of LLMs and advanced AI capabilities directly into daily analytical workflows, transforming raw feedback into proactive insights.
  • Oversee the deprecation of fragmented legacy feedback tools, unifying features and users onto our centralized platform.
  • Partner across engineering, UX, analytics, and product leadership to align roadmap priorities, drive platform adoption, and advocate a user-centered product goals.
