This position is a hybrid role that requires to be on-site 2-3 days a week at one of the following locations: Bethesda, MD; Palo Alto, CA; Seattle, WA; Dallas, TX.

Job Responsibilities
fLead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
fConduct market research, competitive analysis, andagentinterviews to gather insights and inform product decisions.
fPrioritize features and initiatives based onagentfeedback, business impact, and technical feasibility, making trade-off decisions when needed
fDrive product development efforts, including defining requirements, managing backlog, and ensuringtimelydelivery of high-quality releases.
fContinuouslymonitorproduct performance, analyze metrics, anditeratefeatures tooptimizeuser experience and business outcomes.
fIdentifyoptions and recommendations, working through trade-offs with partners to remove impediments for the team.
fPartner withengineeringto drive secure, resilient, performant, and scalable product solutions that solve materialagencyand business problems.

Basic Qualification:

5+ years in agile product management

fExperience managing all aspects of a tech feature throughout its lifecycle from concept to delivery

fExperienceworking withcross-functional teams

fBachelors Degreeor relevant experience equivalent

Preferred Qualification

fInsurance industry experience preferred

fExperience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions

fHigh sense of accountability and strong problem-solving skills

fExperience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and drive change.

fExperience delivering value in an iterative way focusing on theminimumviableproduct and regularlyreportingon product performance, highlighting wins and opportunities.

fKnowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support

fAbility to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority

fExcellent written and verbal communication skills


Annual Salary

$140,425.00 - $229,600.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidates work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
