About the RoleAs a
Senior Product Manager for Growth, you will hold a key position in advancing customer expansion and revenue development for Creative Cloud. You'll collaborate closely with a diverse group of engineers, designers, marketers, and data scientists. Together, you will create and implement strategies that speed up growth across our most visited platforms - Creative Cloud Home and Creative Cloud Desktop.
Responsibilities- Develop and lead a robust growth product roadmap committed to user acquisition and monetization - driving continuous improvement across B2C surfaces
- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of features that drive paid expansion, including add-on upsell and cross-sell experiences
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to find opportunities and optimize performance
- Drive alignment and communication with partners across functions with growing and competing demands
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs and conversion barriers
- Define and track critical metrics for growth initiatives, including feature adoption and cohort analysis
- Balance rapid experimentation with high-quality, scalable product experiences

Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $125,800 -- $239,725 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $165,600 - $239,725
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
