The RoleWe're seeking a super-creative (and whacky) Product Manager to drive new customer acquisition and bring brand initiatives to life.
This role requires both analytical and creative horsepower. The "product" you own lives on and off the screen. One day you might map out all the technical systems that need to integrate with a new referral sharing software, and the next you'll help figure out the most rad friendship-bracelet referral reward program and how to get it in kids' hands (err, wrist). You have great taste, you're not afraid to be bold, and you know how to bring things onto the screen and into real life, no matter what it takes. You're not just a dreamer, you're a doer.
Working closely with our Creative, Brand, and Growth Marketing teams is a core (and extremely fun) part of this role. The perfect candidate loves to help turn pie-in-the-sky ideas into reality, while balancing the myriad of possibilities against realities of the business. You say yes more than no, but still, you know when to say no.
What You'll Do- Own our referral program, making it a core component of our growth engine
- Build a kid-to-kid sharing program so Tin Can gets hyped everywhere they go, and the best way to reach them is in the real (non-digital) world
- Give Growth Marketing the tools and systems to move fast, from landing pages to attribution
- Support bringing brand campaigns and experiences to life, on and off the screen, from concept through execution
- Be a partner to Brand, shaping ambitious ideas with them, not just executing on their behalf
- Align Creative, Growth Marketing, and Engineering on what's next, stitching dreams into reality
- Get scrappy when the job calls for it - whatever it takes to make something real
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with experience in growth or brand; bonus points for work with a brand that gets it
- You get ish done, rallying diverse groups, finding resources, keeping everyone on track
- Crystal clear communication, from prank call campaigns to attribution pipelines
- Experience collaborating closely with designers, creatives, and supply chain teams
- Excellent visual taste; you know something's great the moment you see it (we call it razzle-dazzle) (jk, nobody actually calls it that)
- Technical and data fluency - you get numbers, think in systems, understand scaling
- Fluency using AI as a multiplier in your work; this is how we work, not a nice-to-have
- Ownership mindset - you're a PM, but also a "call everywhere in Seattle to estimate sticker cost"-er when it counts
- Low ego, high enthusiasm - you cheer as loud for someone else's idea as your own
If you're excited by the idea of turning a wild idea into something kids actually beg for, please reach out. We can't wait to meet someone who's ready to jump in, make things happen, and help us grow.
