We9re looking for a Senior Product Designer who combines exceptional craft with deep product thinking to help shape the next generation of MaintainX9s AI-first product experience. You9ll lead design across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and research through prototyping and polished UI, for both web and mobile. In this role, you9ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other designers to deliver features that make complex systems simple and intuitive for frontline users.
What You9ll Do- Own end-to-end design for complex product surfaces across web and mobile, from problem framing through high-fidelity delivery.
- Design AI-powered experiences for frontline users like maintenance technicians and facility managers, making workflows simpler and smarter without adding complexity.
- Think in systems: spot patterns, build for reuse, and contribute to our design system with a focus on consistency, scalability, and high craft.
- Present design work with clear rationale, integrate feedback from stakeholders, and champion high quality and accessibility across the product lifecycle.
- Use AI tools in your own design process to accelerate your work and push the quality ceiling of your output.
About You- 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms. You9ve designed for complexity, not just simplicity.
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with a sharp eye for typography, spacing, color, layout, and motion with strong design system and handoff practices.
- Experience designing for AI and data-rich experiences.
- You9re a systems thinker who naturally spots patterns, builds for reuse, and considers how design decisions scale across a product.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design intent, navigate ambiguous product spaces, and influence cross-functional peers.
- An expert level of English, both spoken and written, is required, as the individual will need to lead platform engineering managers across multiple teams, present technical priorities to executive stakeholders, and align with engineering leaders outside QuE9bec on a daily basis.
