We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who combines exceptional craft with deep product thinking to help shape the next generation of MaintainX's AI-first product experience. You'll lead design across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and research through prototyping and polished UI, for both web and mobile. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other designers to deliver features that make complex systems simple and intuitive for frontline users. **What You'll Do** - Own end-to-end design for complex product surfaces across web and mobile, from problem framing through high-fidelity delivery. - Design AI-powered experiences for frontline users like maintenance technicians and facility managers, making workflows simpler and smarter without adding complexity. - Think in systems: spot patterns, build for reuse, and contribute to our design system with a focus on consistency, scalability, and high craft. - Present design work with clear rationale, integrate feedback from stakeholders, and champion high quality and accessibility across the product lifecycle. - Use AI tools in your own design process to accelerate your work and push the quality ceiling of your output. **About You** - 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
