Help shape the future of enterprise AI experiences by partnering across product, technology, design, and business teams to deliver impactful AI-powered capabilities, improve product execution, and drive adoption of emerging technologies.
Join the Product GPT team and help define, build, and enhance AI-powered experiences that improve how internal customers discover information, create product artifacts, and execute work across the product development lifecycle.
As a Senior Product Associate in the Product GPT team, you will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Researchers, and Business Stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, validate solutions, and support delivery of AI-enabled capabilities. You will contribute throughout the product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, testing, release readiness, adoption measurement, and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for a product professional who combines strong product fundamentals with technical curiosity, analytical thinking, and a passion for emerging AI technologies.

Job Responsibilities

- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver product enhancements from discovery through release.

- Translate business needs, user feedback, and strategic objectives into clear requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Participate in product discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, user research, workflow analysis, and solution exploration.

- Support backlog refinement, prioritization discussions, sprint planning, and other Agile delivery activities.

- Execute and coordinate product validation activities, including user acceptance testing, feature validation, regression testing, and release readiness reviews.

- Analyze product usage metrics, stakeholder feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities for product improvement and adoption growth.

- Partner with technology teams to understand system workflows, integrations, dependencies, and implementation tradeoffs.

- Support communication and alignment across cross-functional stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

- Contribute to KPI and OKR definition, measurement, reporting, and continuous optimization efforts.

- Evaluate AI-enabled experiences and product outputs to help ensure usefulness, quality, consistency, and user value.

- Identify opportunities to improve product development processes, product tooling, team effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, Technology Delivery, User Experience, or a related discipline.

- Experience participating in product discovery, requirements definition, and solution development activities.

- Experience creating requirements, epics, user stories, process flows, or related product artifacts.

- Strong understanding of the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with product, technology, design, operations, and business stakeholders.

- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Experience using data, metrics, customer insights, and stakeholder feedback to inform decision making.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and effectively within a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

- Proven ability to build trusted working relationships and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

- Comfort and flexibility with fast-changing priorities, toolsets, and product surfaces.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

- Experience working on AI-enabled, machine learning, or intelligent automation products.

- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI concepts, agentic workflows, and or human-in-the-loop systems.

- Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies in professional workflows.

- Experience evaluating AI-generated outputs and identifying opportunities to improve quality, accuracy, and usability.

- Technical fluency with APIs, system integrations, data flows, and modern software delivery practices such as Spec Driven Development, Test Driven Development, and agentic PDLC - SDLC pipelines.

- Experience defining and measuring product success metrics, KPIs, and adoption outcomes.

- Background supporting testing, quality assurance, UAT release validation, ideally within financial services, fintech, enterprise environments and large, matrixed organizations; strong interest in emerging tech and continuous learning.
