As a Senior Product Associate - Data Product & Onboarding Analytics in Identity, you will translate complex business needs into scalable analytical products, models, and insights. You’ll work closely with partners to define problems, assess data readiness, and deliver solutions that drive strategic growth. You’ll communicate clearly, iterate quickly, and help raise standards for analytics and responsible AI delivery.

Job responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders across functions to deliver data-driven insights supporting identity onboarding growth
  • Define business problems, success metrics, and analytical solution scope with product and delivery partners
  • Recommend analytics products, standards, and best practices to improve consistency and reusability
  • Assess problem domains and available data assets to determine feasibility and approach
  • Research, design, implement, and evaluate analytical models, including generative AI–based methods
  • Perform exploratory analysis, statistical testing, and data mining across diverse datasets
  • Build and productionize code-based solutions using strong programming practices
  • Communicate insights, risks, and delivery obstacles to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure solutions are accurate, explainable, and ready for market use
  • Develop subject matter expertise in financial and operational domains relevant to onboarding
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 3+ years of data analytics experience, or advanced degree and 2+ years of experience
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and measurable outcomes
  • Proficiency in statistical programming tools (Python, R, or SAS)
  • Proficiency in data querying (SQL) and working with large datasets
  • Experience with modern analytics and data tools such as Hive, Hadoop, Spark, Tableau, or Alteryx
  • Familiarity with generative AI and prompt engineering fundamentals (prompt design, evaluation, and guardrails)
  • Ability to explain complex analyses to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills with an ability to influence outcomes across teams
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience delivering analytics solutions that support onboarding, identity verification, fraud prevention, or operational optimization
  • Experience building reusable analytical products (dashboards, metrics layers, model pipelines, or decision frameworks)
  • Familiarity with model risk concepts, documentation practices, and monitoring approaches
  • Experience with experimentation methods (A/B testing, causal inference, or uplift modeling)
  • Knowledge of data quality management, lineage, and scalable feature engineering practices
  • Hands-on experience evaluating and improving generative AI outputs for reliability and safety
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and facilitating decision-making discussions
