JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Product Associate in the Card Customer Experience & Benefits Product Team, you will own a key product area focused on creating lasting, loyal customer relationships. Partnering with engineering, design, and cross-functional business teams, you will execute on an evolving roadmap to keep Chase Credit Cards at the leading edge of the digital customer experience landscape.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Develop a product strategy and roadmap that delivers meaningful value to customers, with a focus on maintaining Chase's leadership in digital capabilities
  • Lead discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer problems, identify target segments, and define effective solutions
  • Own, maintain, and prioritize a product backlog that supports the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, research, and marketing teams to drive new features and continuously optimize existing ones
  • Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive analysis, and business goals to inform and drive prioritization decisions
  • Champion new ideas across key customer journeys to increase satisfaction and engagement while ensuring consistency across channels
  • Define, communicate, and manage feature prioritization with a clear focus on user and business value and trade-offs
  • Manage stakeholder communications to ensure business needs are met, setting and managing expectations through clear written and oral communication

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience in product management
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate product value and roadmap to diverse audiences
  • Proven experience defining and managing a product roadmap, prioritizing a backlog, and clearly communicating requirements to stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of the end-to-end digital product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through delivery and measurement, with proficiency in requirements definition and backlog management
  • Demonstrated experience authoring business requirements, writing user stories, and leading cross-functional execution within an Agile development framework

  • Experience in credit cards, digital banking, or fintech
  • Outcome-focused mindset with a practical orientation toward managing an innovation lifecycle product roadmap
