How you'll make an impact
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business and global objectives.
Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including supplier identification, RFI/RFP management, negotiation, and contract execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers to enhance quality, performance, and value.
Analyze spending trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and project requirements.
Monitor supplier performance, conduct business reviews, and drive corrective actions when needed.

Your background
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
Demonstrated success leading supplier negotiations and delivering sustainable cost savings.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and global sourcing practices.
Experience with procurement systems such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, or similar platforms, along with advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
