Senior Processing Engineer, Pilot - Corporate Operations - Clark, NJ

Our Senior Processing Engineer, Pilot will serve as a key technical expert driving manufacturing process development for product launches and reformulations.
  • Process Development & Scale-Up: Lead bench and pilot batch activities to ensure seamless scale-up and robust product performance.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Solve complex chemical and process operations challenges.
  • Quality & Compliance: Manage quality assurance documentation and ensure safe hazardous waste disposal.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Pilot Teams, Process Experts, Quality, Development, Packaging, and R&I.

  • Base Salary Range: $77,400 - $110,300 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
