As a Senior Process Engineer at QVC, you'll help drive innovation and operational excellence across our Fulfillment Centers, reporting to the Sr Manager, Process Engineering. You'll lead impactful projects, from quick wins to large-scale automation initiatives, collaborating with accomplished engineers and cross-functional teams. Your focus will be on optimizing processes, enhancing customer and employee satisfaction, and delivering measurable cost savings. You'll refine our labor management systems and support continuous improvement efforts that shape our future. This is a hands-on role where your ideas and expertise will be valued, and your growth as a leader will be supported. Where You'll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Florence Fulfillment Center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

Site Planning & Improvement Support

Partner with site leadership to identify, assess, and prioritize operational improvement opportunities, ensuring alignment with business needs and the Site Roadmap.

Continuous Improvement

Lead and support continuous improvement projects, using problem-solving techniques to simplify processes, close performance gaps, and drive measurable results.

Labor Management

Develop, maintain, and enhance labor standards and productivity systems, conducting studies and coaching teams to optimize workforce performance.

Methods & Measurement

Analyze, document, and standardize distribution methods, ensuring best practices are shared and consistently applied across all sites.

Expertise & Leadership

Serve as the local engineering subject matter expert, providing data-driven recommendations and guiding teams to achieve high performance.

Capital Projects

Oversee and support site capital projects, from technology assessment and business case development to implementation and benefit realization.

General Site Support

Actively contribute to site leadership, assist with budgeting and resource planning, and ensure process improvements are integrated into future plans.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in industrial engineering or a related field, ideally within a fulfillment or distribution environment, with a strong understanding of warehouse management, controls, and execution systems and their impact across the business.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Hands-on experience with leading warehouse management systems (e.g., Manhattan Associates, Red Prairie/JDA/Blue Yonder) and labor reporting systems (e.g., MOST, Standards Pro, Labor Pro).
  • Willingness to travel 15-25% to support multiple sites and projects.
