Job Description:

This high-impact leadership Product Evangelist role serves as the strategic engine for our Mortgage Data Solutions. Working in close partnership with Product Managers who drive individual solution roadmaps, you will lead a specialized focus on Building for the Future-defining how our vast array of property and household data solves the next generation of business problems in Customer Acquisition, Retention, and Portfolio Risk.

You will act as the primary conduit between our product innovation and the broader mortgage industry ecosystem. Rather than managing day-to-day feature execution, you will orchestrate the overarching strategy that ensures our collective solutions are adopted by the industry's most influential personas, from Loan Officers to C-suite Growth Officers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Orchestration & Problem Identification
  • The "Future" Roadmap: Identify and define whitespace and new revenue-generating opportunities by analyzing disruptive technologies, market trends, and competitive gaps.
  • Persona-Centric Strategy: Develop the overarching product strategy for Loan Officers and Growth Officers, focusing on real-world pain points like customer acquisition, customer retention, LO recruiting, real estate networking, and high-conversion marketing.
  • Collaborative Solutioning: Partner with Solution Owners to identify product gaps and ensure Cotality's data assets (current and potential) are leveraged to solve for customer acquisition, retention and market analysis.


2. GTM Strategy & Industry Alliances
  • Strategic Engagement & Execution: Own and elevate executive relationships with key industry groups, trade organizations, and regional mortgage associations and bridge strategy to execution with internal teams.
  • Ecosystem Distribution: Oversee the alliances and contracts that enable product distribution through CRMs and other strategic distribution platforms.
  • Product Evangelism: Serve as the primary external representative at national and regional conferences and forums to promote current & future-state solutions and scale adoption.


3. Competitive Intelligence & Business Development
  • Market Insight: Develop and maintain a robust competitive intelligence process and dashboard to inform sales campaigns and strategic shifts.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with leadership to identify acquisition priorities and navigate complex relationships with industry influencers.
  • Operational Liaison: Act as a key operational partner to the Senior Leadership Team, managing and tracking critical initiatives and decisions across the executive agenda.


Job Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10-12+ years of progressively responsible experience in mortgage leadership, property data, or fintech.
  • Industry Network: Demonstrated success establishing and maintaining effective working relationships at the senior executive level, both internal and external.
  • Strategic Execution: A strong results orientation with a track record of achieving profitability and revenue objectives.
  • Technical Acumen: Proven ability to understand complex business and technical concepts and make sound judgments regarding technical trade-offs.
  • Communication: Exceptional leadership presence with the ability to communicate vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, related field, or equivalent work experience.

134,400 - 180,000 USD
