Job Description:

What You'll Do:
  • Action the Pricing outlier audit queues, monitoring for input accuracy and correcting any data defects to ensure proper operation of our pricing system and escalate any major issues.
  • Identify product matches on competitors within established guidelines to ensure competitive pricing for Chewy products.
  • Use vlookup's, countifs, pivot tables, etc. within provided Excel templates to audit competitor matches and ensure competitive coverage targets are achieved
  • Monitor competitor websites for new promotional activity, assortment changes, website functionality changes, and communicate findings to pricing and category stakeholders.
  • Use existing Tableau reporting dashboards to ensure accuracy of List Price, MAP Price, Min and Max price guardrails, enabling Pricing system to operate withing proper constraints
  • Use existing Excel templates to review KPI impacts resulting from changes to competitor matches and pricing guardrails.
  • Identify and drive improvements to existing SOPs based on evolving business requirements or gaps.


What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance or a related degree with quantitative emphasis
  • 1+ years of related work experience and demonstrated track record of innovation and impact
  • Results oriented mindset with the ability to react quickly to requests in a timely, accurate and detail-oriented manner
  • Experience using dashboards to monitor KPIs, identify and correct defects, perform root cause analysis on KPI misses
  • Proficient Excel skills
  • Strong oral and written communication
